Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join their growing team and lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of technical delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to drive projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are achieved.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and delivery.

• Facilitate planning activities, prioritisation, resource coordination, and progress tracking.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and deliver project updates, status reports, and governance documentation.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary.

• Track project performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote best practices in project delivery and Agile ways of working.

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years' experience in project management within a technology, software, or technical environment.

• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and software development processes.

• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum-based delivery frameworks.

• Proficiency with Jira and project tracking tools.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Desirable Experience

• Additional language skills, particularly Spanish or Portuguese.

• Experience working with distributed teams or international stakeholders.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-enabled productivity tools.

• Previous experience in customer-facing, consulting, or service delivery environments.
