Are you a detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist seeking a dynamic role in the heart of Dublin 2? You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth financial operations and ensuring the company’s commitments to suppliers and employees are met on time and to the highest standards.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are accurately processed, payments are managed efficiently, and vendor relationships are maintained with professionalism. You’ll handle expense reporting and credit card reconciliations, support month-end close activities, assist with audit requirements, and with payroll and look for ways to improve processes across the finance function.

It is expected you have proven experience in the Accounts Payable role with strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Experience or exposure to payroll is a distinct advantage
