Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve regional objectives and KPIs servicing an Engineering and Construction focused customer base.
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Strengthening customer partnerships to support long-term business success
- Developing effective use of data to aid in decision making,
- Supporting change initiatives while ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Experience leading in a strategic and hands on way,
- A strong commercial background, with excellent knowledge in the local construction market.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
- The ability to inspire, influence, and manage change effectively
- A degree qualification (Master’s preferred)
