Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waterford for a Franchisee Catering position. The role involves managing the day-to-day catering operations and supporting the delivery of high-quality food services for events and sporting engagements. Responsibilities include planning and organising catering services, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, coordinating with event organisers and supervising catering staff to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and members.
Qualifications
- Experience in Catering Management, Event Planning and Food Services
- Knowledge of Food Safety Standards, Inventory Management, and Supplier Coordination
- Strong Communication, Team Leadership and Client Service Skills
- Organisational and Time Management Skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Proven experience in overseeing catering operations or hospitality services is preferred
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Catering, Hospitality or Food Safety are beneficial
- A passion for sports and understanding of event-based catering is a plus
