What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Drive the successful delivery of secure, cloud-native products from design through deployment.
• Champion Secure SDLC practices and embed security throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and deliver business outcomes.
• Guide architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Use data, analytics, and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
• Support the growth and development of both junior and senior engineers through coaching and mentorship.

What We're Looking For

• Previous people management experience is essential.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of software products in an engineering environment.
• Strong background delivering scalable, cloud-native applications using Secure SDLC principles.
• Solid understanding of systems architecture, software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, AWS, and DevSecOps.
• Data-driven approach with experience using engineering metrics and analytics to improve delivery and performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
