Your new role
- Raising and issuing invoices to customers
- Customer and Vendor accounts reconciliations
- Chasing outstanding payments (credit control) via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate financial records in accounting systems
- Preparing aged debtor reports
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Handling customer queries related to invoices and payments
- Uploading invoices to customer portals (SAP ARIBA)
- Processing invoices, tracking payments, managing credit control
- Preparing sales report and analysing margins
- Querying and processing VAT, Duty and Freight invoices
- Preparing documents for audit purposes
- Capturing outbound and inbound freight costs
- Daily use of Excel and Word
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 year's AR/ Accounts experience
- Accounting or Finance qualifications, preferably Accounting Technician qualified
- Experience on accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong MS Office proficiency
