Accounts Receivable Specialist

Your new role

• Raising and issuing invoices to customers
• Customer and Vendor accounts reconciliations
• Chasing outstanding payments (credit control) via phone and email
• Maintaining accurate financial records in accounting systems
• Preparing aged debtor reports
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
• Handling customer queries related to invoices and payments
• Uploading invoices to customer portals (SAP ARIBA)
• Processing invoices, tracking payments, managing credit control
• Preparing sales report and analysing margins
• Querying and processing VAT, Duty and Freight invoices
• Preparing documents for audit purposes
• Capturing outbound and inbound freight costs
• Daily use of Excel and Word

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 year's AR/ Accounts experience
• Accounting or Finance qualifications, preferably Accounting Technician qualified
• Experience on accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong MS Office proficiency
