Senior Construction Administrator

Your new role You will join a growing engineering and contracting organisation as a Senior Construction Administrator, supporting their estimating function. This is a full‑time, office‑based position located in Dublin 22, providing essential administrative and operational assistance to ensure the efficient and accurate preparation of cost estimates and bid submissions. Your responsibilities

• Support mechanical and electrical estimators in compiling cost estimates
• Ensure all estimates meet internal standards and client specifications
• Maintain and update estimating spreadsheets, databases, and pricing templates
• Track bid schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements
• Handle internal and external queries related to bids and estimates
• Provide general administrative support to the estimating department

What you'll need to succeed

• A relevant third‑level qualification, trade background, or equivalent experience
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience with estimating software and advanced spreadsheet use
• Previous experience in a mechanical and electrical contracting or estimating environment
