HireForce is working with a leading Energy company who are looking for an Accounts and Office Administrator to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity for the candidate to gain valuable experience across a range of business activities.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented, implementing these qualities through a variety of tasks ranging from office administration and financial support to assisting with the daily operations of a growing company.
Responsibilities include:
- Enter, process, and reconcile invoices and payments;
- Support record-keeping, performing reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports;
- Monitor accounts and ensuring timely payments from customers;
- Oversee daily office activities, including maintaining records, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling emails;
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintaining professionalism with visitors and other stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Well-organised and pro-active individual.
