H&MV Engineering is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing and communications activity across the business. Based in Limerick, this role will play a key part in executing campaigns, supporting content creation, and helping to deliver events and communications aligned with our global brand. You will work closely with marketing colleagues, business development teams, and wider stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing output that supports brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaigns & Content - Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events
- Assist in creating content such as social posts, presentations, case studies, and newsletters
- Ensure all content aligns with H&MV’s brand and tone of voice Digital & Social Media
- Support the day-to-day management of social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Assist with website updates and content uploads • Monitor engagement and support reporting on performance Events & Industry Engagement
- Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events
- Assist with event logistics, materials, and promotion
- Help coordinate branding and on-site setup where required Communications
- Support internal and external communications activity
- Assist in developing written content including announcements, project highlights, and employee stories
- Help ensure consistency in messaging across all channels Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaigns and business development
- Support tracking and reporting on marketing performance and activity
- Help gather insights to improve future campaigns Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business development, HR, and operational teams
- Support the wider marketing team on day-to-day activity
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners where required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Desirable
- Experience working in a B2B, engineering, construction, or technical environment
- Experience supporting events and campaigns
- Familiarity with digital tools, CMS platforms, or analytics tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organisation
