Human Resources Operations Manager

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join their growing HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead HR operations, optimise processes and make a real impact across the organisation.

You will manage the day-to-day HR operations function, leading a small team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the firm. You will drive operational excellence, implement process improvements and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing visible leadership and support.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, probation, performance management, and annual compensation review processes.
• Provide advice and support on HR, benefits, and employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and firm policies.
• Manage HR reporting and provide insights to the Executive Committee.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement workflow or technology solutions.
• Support and develop the HR Administrator and broader HR team.

Candidate Profile:

• 3rd level qualification in HR Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing HR Operations teams with strong leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and HR systems (People XD experience advantageous).
• Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
• Strong communicator, problem solver, and project manager.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
