Are you a motivated and organised HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? Weâre seeking an enthusiastic HR & Payroll Administrator to join a growing, people-focused healthcare organisation in North Dublin.
In this role, youâll support the delivery of a professional and responsive HR service across Ireland, assisting with recruitment campaigns, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, payroll support and HR data management. Working within a dynamic HR team, youâll also contribute to exciting people projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end HR administrative support including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and records
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to employee queries and escalating where needed
- Advertise vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and support recruitment activities
- Assist with payroll processes and employee benefits administration
- Maintain HR systems and contribute to system improvement initiatives
- Track training records and assist with learning and development coordination
- Support compliance with HR policies, legislation, and best practices
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and team-wide continuous improvement initiatives
About YouRequired:
- 1â2 yearsâ experience in a HR support role
- Recognised HR qualification
- Excellent organisational, communication and multitasking skills
- Accuracy in data entry and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable handling sensitive/confidential information
Desirable:
- Familiarity with HR/payroll systems
- Understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR metrics
- Training in recruitment, customer service, or administration is a plus
