HR & Payroll Administrator

📍 North Dublin | Full-Time | Hybrid Working

Are you a motivated and organised HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR & Payroll Administrator to join a growing, people-focused healthcare organisation in North Dublin.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of a professional and responsive HR service across Ireland, assisting with recruitment campaigns, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, payroll support and HR data management. Working within a dynamic HR team, you’ll also contribute to exciting people projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Whether you bring a formal HR qualification with early-career experience, or a strong background in HR administration, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a forward-thinking and fast-growing healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end HR administrative support including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and records
  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to employee queries and escalating where needed
  • Advertise vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and support recruitment activities
  • Assist with payroll processes and employee benefits administration
  • Maintain HR systems and contribute to system improvement initiatives
  • Track training records and assist with learning and development coordination
  • Support compliance with HR policies, legislation, and best practices
  • Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and team-wide continuous improvement initiatives

About YouRequired:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a HR support role
  • Recognised HR qualification
  • Excellent organisational, communication and multitasking skills
  • Accuracy in data entry and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Comfortable handling sensitive/confidential information

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with HR/payroll systems
  • Understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR metrics
  • Training in recruitment, customer service, or administration is a plus
