Post specific related information The CNM II role is critical to the organisational management of our Approved Centres as required by Mental Health Legislation. Lack of front line management increases risk to service users and staff. The post of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Mental Health has a pivotal role in the delivery of effective; recovery orientated integrated care for individuals presenting to the mental health services. While a significant component of the role involves service planning, co-ordinating, and managing service delivery and resources within the clinical area, the main responsibilities are: quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, clinical practice development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership Closing date 07/04/2026 12:00:00 Proposed interview date Candidates will normally be given at least two weeks' notice of interview.
