Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and wider site team to meet project milestones and client expectations.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and quality control documentation.
• Lead site meetings and liaise with design teams, consultants, and clients as required.

Requirements

• Degree or trade qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed-use projects.
• Strong technical and coordination skills with a proactive attitude.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
