Salary: €14.50-€16 per hour DOE.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Incus Power is a growing electrical engineering company specialising in the design and assembly of high-quality electrical systems and production boards. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking motivated and reliable General Operatives to join our team at our Enniscorthy headquarters.

Full training will be provided to successful candidates.

The Role

As a General Operative within our Electrical Engineering Assembly department, you will support the production and assembly of panels and production boards in a production environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are detail-oriented, practical, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

· Assist in the assembly of electrical panels and production boards.

· Frame panels and carry out mechanical assembly tasks.

· Read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and SOPs.

· Identify and report defects or issues during the assembly process.

· Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.

· Complete documentation accurately in line with in-house procedures.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

· Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.

· Support team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Essential Criteria:

· Strong attention to detail.

· Good level of spoken and written English.

· Ability to follow instructions and work to documented procedures.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong practical ability with good attention to detail

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Desirable Criteria:

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.

· Experience in electrical or mechanical assembly.

· Ability to read technical drawings.

· Manual Handling Certificate (training can be provided).

· Experience operating pallet trucks.

· Own transport is desirable but not essential.
