Reporting to: General Manager

Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, 5/7, weekend work, full flexibility required

About the Role:

We are seeking both an experienced and motivated Catering Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across front-of-house and/or food & beverage areas
  • Lead, train, and support team members to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and handle guest queries or complaints professionally
  • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
  • Assist with staff scheduling, rostering, and shift management
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of service areas
  • Support management with stock control, ordering, and inventory management Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Good knowledge of health & safety standards in Ireland
  • HACCP Certification , Manual Handling Trained, Food Safety Level 2/3 Trained

Qualification Required

  • HACCP, Manual Handling Food Safety Level 2/3

Experience

  • Previous Supervisory Experience ideally in a Food Service Environment

HSEQ

  • Understand how ISO fits into daily business operations.
  • Read, understand and work in accordance with the company’s HSEQ Policies.
  • Complete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructions.
  • Support the implementation, operation and continuous improvement of our HSEQ Management Systems at site level.
  • Manage non-conformances and complaints and record centrally.
  • Focus on customer needs and expectations.
  • Cascade relevant HSEQ information to your direct reports and front-line employees.
