Planning Manager/ Lead Planner / Scheduler | Dublin / Leinster

Due to continued growth, we’re looking to hire an experienced Lead Planner / Scheduler to join our Dublin / Leinster team.

🔍 The Role

You’ll play a key role in driving project success through effective planning, scheduling, and reporting, working closely with project teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing project programmes and monthly progress reports
• Monitoring progress, resources, and outputs across projects
• Supporting tender and contract planning requirements
• Collaborating with project teams on all planning-related activities
• Identifying risks and providing forward-looking insights
• Challenging and improving construction methodologies to drive best outcomes

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Relevant third-level qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in construction or civil engineering planning
• Strong experience with Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to work across multiple projects and teams
• Experience on projects across sectors including Pharma, Data Centres, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Fit-Out
