Position: Part-Time Maintenance Administrator (9 Month Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Hollyhill, Co. Overview Of The Post The Maintenance Administrator will be expected to fit into the existing team within maintenance and engage with them at all levels requested. This is a 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract of 20 hours a week based onsite in Hollyhill, Co. Cork. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and co-ordinating vendors
• Obtaining and documenting contractor maintenance reports and uploading to clients reporting platform
• Uploading safety documents to clients Safe permit platform
• Supporting HR regarding time sheets and employee safety documents
• Client Coordination.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance schedules, system inspections, and any required repairs.
• Documentation and Compliance.
• Team Supervision and Training.
• Emergency Response and Support.
• System Upgrades.
• Customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of progress applications & Invoicing.
• Understanding of client needs & requirements.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the requirements of the client are delivered.
• Good financial & numerical skills.
• Competent skills in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• SAP experience advantageous.
