Role Overview We are hiring for a Customer Care Administrator to join our team on site in St. Margarets. As a Customer Care Administrator, you will be responsible for receiving incoming orders from external sources and ensuring the orders are processed and dispatched in a timely fashion. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.Key Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers & relevant processing
- Ensuring that orders are accurate and communicated effectively to the relevant department
- Ensuring deadlines of order processing are met
- Printing of invoices
- Reporting
- Document Management
- General administration duties
- General ad hoc duties

- Administration experience

- IT Skills
- Must adhere to health and safety
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Good keyboard skills.
Education & Qualifications
- Leaving Cert or equivalent
