Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Salesperson, based in Dublin 4 with opportunities to work from home. The role involves identifying and building relationships with new clients while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. Responsibilities include understanding clients' financial needs, promoting the company’s financial services, creating tailored solutions, achieving sales targets, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. Success in this role requires dedication to understanding client goals and providing high-quality financial solutions aligned with their needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of investments, pensions, life assurance, and financial planning
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Industry-relevant qualifications or certifications, as required by the Central Bank of Ireland, are beneficial
  • Experience in financial services sales or advisory roles is an advantage
