Lead Group Ireland are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale commercial projects, managing the process from design and planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects through all phases, from pre-construction to handover.
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide clear progress reporting and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Proactively manage risks and resolve project challenges.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction/Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record managing or supporting large residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
