A Global IP Advisory organisation is seeking a Global Compliance Analyst to support its independent Global Compliance function. The role focuses on licensor-initiated audits, licensee royalty audits, and core compliance operations across global IP licensing programs.
Based in Dublin 18, this position works closely with the Head of Global Compliance on audit execution, data analysis, and compliance process management across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:Licensor-Initiated Audits
- Coordinate licensor-initiated audits with external auditors, licensors, and internal teams
- Manage audit logistics, documentation, and scheduling
- Track audit requests, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure audits comply with license agreements and internal policies
Licensee Royalty Audits
- Support royalty audits of licensees, including preparation, analysis, and reporting reviews
- Review royalty statements and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with external audit firms and monitor progress
- Track follow-up actions and remediation
Compliance Operations & Analytics
- Prepare compliance dashboards, audit trackers, and management reports
- Analyse royalty data, audit findings, and compliance trends
- Maintain compliance documentation, policies, and procedures
- Support process improvements and audit readiness
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Royalty Services, and external advisors
- Support executive reporting, presentations, and ad hoc projects
- Assist with compliance support for new licensees and programs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
- 3–6 years’ experience in compliance, audit, accounting, finance, or similar analytical role
- Audit support experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- International or cross-border experience a plus

Salary & Benefits
- €50,000 – €70,000 base salary, plus performance-related bonus
