Construction Site Administrator - Document Controller
Location: Arklow, Co. Wicklow

The Role You’ll be central to the smooth running of the project, managing documentation, compliance, and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site documentation, drawings & compliance records
- Coordinate communication between subcontractors & design teams
- Maintain registers, invoices, timesheets & delivery logs
- Support snagging, handover & after-sales processes
- Provide practical IT/admin support to the site team
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Background in construction or a similar environment (ideal-not essential)
- Experienced with document systems (SharePoint, CRM, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe
- Strong understanding of construction compliance & traceability (ideal-not essential)
