Senior Finance Manager

A global top-tier law firm, serving leading international clients, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance management team on a 13-15month fixed-term contract.

About the Role:

As Senior Finance Manager, you will lead a team of four finance professionals, drive financial reporting excellence, and collaborate closely with senior management and business partners. You will oversee month-end reporting, budgeting, year-end accounts, statutory audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Financial Reporting team (1 Finance Manager and 3 trainees)
• Manage monthly management accounts and month-end close processes
• Coordinate annual budgeting and year-end accounts preparation
• Partner with department heads to monitor budgets and support business decisions
• Manage statutory audit processes and implement audit recommendations
• Review and approve financial statements for presentation to the Audit Committee
• Provide regular financial performance updates to the Finance Director and senior leaders

About You:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with 5+ years management experience
• Strong communication skills to engage with finance teams and stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex finance issues
• Self-motivated with strong time management, able to meet tight deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Excel user
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities

This is a hybrid role (2 days office & 2 WFH) offering an excellent salary and benefits package.
