Food & Beverage Assistant - SpringHill Hotel (Fully Flexible)

The Newly Refurbished SpringHill Hotel are now recruiting for a fully flexible Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. This role will require full flexibility including morning shifts, evening, weekend and public holidays. To be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in Ireland.Requirements of the Role: The successful candidate must be available to work both mid-week and weekend shifts. Previous Experience is essential, This is a very fast paced customer facing role. Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure guest satisfaction through a high level of customer service
• Ensure all guests are served in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
• To ensure orders are taken and delivered efficiently and in a timely manner
• To always be familiar with our menu and product offerings and be able to sell and recommend.
• To be familiar with the menu and be able to make recommendations based off dietary requirements.
• To create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for our guests visit to the hotel.
• To work efficiently as part of a team with the hotels goals and policies in mind.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage serving role.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Must be available to work shifts to include mid-week and weekend shifts.
