Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Brand Development, based in uae , with flexibility for remote work. The Director of Brand Development will oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of brand strategies while identifying and leveraging market opportunities. Responsibilities include managing brand growth, conducting market research, developing marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving sales initiatives to increase market share and revenue.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brand Management, Brand Development, and creating impactful brand strategies
• Marketing and Sales experience with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and driving business growth
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Relevant experience in global sourcing or private label development is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
