Senior Finance Manager
A great opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to drive their career forward. This position reports to the finance Partner and will also work closely with the Managing Partner and members of the Management Board to ensure the organisation can achieve it's strategic goals.
Supporting the senior leadership team in providing strong, efficient and effective financial management and control of the organisations finances. This role will be responsible for assisting the Finance Partner in maintaining financial health and driving long-term sustainable growth.

Duties will include:Financial Management
- Managing and implementing the financial management system and system of internal financial control.
- Provision of timely financial management information and reports to senior management.
- Monitoring and management of business and financial performance.
- Proactively manage/review the working capital investment
- Prudent management and monitoring of cashflow on an ongoing basis
- Assisting with the preparation of financially sound budgets and forecasts.
- Preparation of relevant accounts/management for multiple entities on a consolidated basis.
Compliance
- Oversee the month-end financial close process and ensure compliance with monthly reporting frameworks.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant financial policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with all taxes as well as other regulatory payments and returns
- Oversee the monthly employee expense process and required revenue reporting for employee expenses
- Ensuring client monies are reconciled and maintained in compliance with Client monies regulations.
Advisory & Insight
- Proactively provide financial advice, business insight, guidance
Future Proofing
- Identifying, supporting and documenting the drive for process and performance improvement
- Identify efficiencies to bring to relevant processes.
- Driving of enhancements & updates to finance processes/tools
Leadership & Relationship Building
- Overseeing cost management, staff expenses, procurement and accounts payable.
- Leading and/or contributing to a wide variety of projects and initiatives as required.
- Managing, mentoring and motivating the finance team.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders
The successful candidate will be:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CPA
- 4+ years post qualification with experience in either practice or a similar role in industry;
- Experienced in Management Accounts/Financial Statement preparation;
- Data/trend analysis skilled or experienced in including the creation of dashboards on Tableau/Power BI desirable;
- Proven ability to work in a team orientated environment focussing on collaboration and engagement while also having self-starter skills and the initiative to work on your own;
- Proven management skills and experience and must enjoy managing a wide range of multiple tasks/projects at any one time;
