HR People Partner – Co. Cork | On-site | PermanentWhat you need to know

Our client in the manufacturing industry, located in Fermoy, Co. Cork is looking for an HR People Partner to join their team. This is a permanent, fully onsite role (Monday–Friday). The role requires HR generalist experience across recruitment, employee relations, and absence management, along with involvement in training, coaching, and Group HR projects. A full Irish driving licence, own transport, and passport are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and influence managers on effective people management practices.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
• Support employee wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion initiatives.
• Contribute to Group HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years’ experience as an HR Generalist / People Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Experience in employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
• Experience using HR systems.
• Strong communication skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and management collaboration.
