The Role: On behalf of a leading private healthcare provider, we are seeking a Radiology Services Manager for a permanent, full-time position. This pivotal role involves managing the Radiography departments across two modern clinics, ensuring the effective delivery of patient care and compliance with all administrative and clinical policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage and mentor a large team of Radiographers, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with the COO on fiscal planning, programme development, and resource distribution.
• Quality Assurance: Lead all quality control procedures, external audits, and regulatory compliance (CORU/Legislation).
• Service Development: Assess clinical needs based on physician and patient feedback to develop new service programmes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Professional: Full CORU registration is essential.
• Academic: Third-level qualification in Radiology plus a Postgraduate/MSc in Healthcare Management.
• Leadership: Proven experience in staff management, conflict resolution, and change management.
• Technical: Deep knowledge of Radiography standards, risk management, and clinical developments.
