This role supports strategic HR initiatives, strengthens project governance, drives accountability for deliverables, and helps improve how global and regional HRBO teams work together. The Project Management and Continuous Improvement Lead, HR Business Operations will play a critical role in managing complex, cross-functional projects, coordinating global workstreams, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring successful project execution. This role will also serve as the HRBO Continuous Improvement Lead, supporting process optimisation and structured problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean principles, and A3 problem solving. _Come for a job, stay for a career!_A Day in The Life Of: Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with HRBO leaders and project sponsors to plan, coordinate, and execute global and regional HR initiatives.
  • Establish project governance frameworks, timelines, milestones, success measures, and clear ownership of deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, driving mitigation plans where required.
  • Maintain project documentation, action logs, decision registers, and governance materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to support project alignment and successful delivery.
  • Support business case development, project planning, resource allocation, implementation activities, and leadership reporting.
  • Serve as the HRBO Continuous Improvement Lead for Eurasia and support global improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and process improvement workshops using DMAIC, Lean principles, and A3 methodologies.
  • Build strong partnerships with HRBO leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners, and other functional stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Requires 2+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
  • Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish project governance, track milestones, manage risks, and report progress to leadership teams.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business case development, project planning, resource allocation, and implementation activities.
  • Strong continuous improvement experience, including process optimisation and structured problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of DMAIC, Lean principles, and A3 problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple regions and functions to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure process performance and improvement outcomes.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of driving accountability across project teams.
  • Experience supporting HR operations, HR shared services, or business operations environments would be an advantage.
