The team works closely with clients to solve problems efficiently and to provide expert guidance on company governance and administration. Role Description The Company Secretarial Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Limerick. The role involves supporting the delivery of company formation and secretarial services, including preparing and filing statutory forms, maintaining company registers, and assisting with changes to company structures and officers. The person in this role will help draft and review standard corporate documents, compile documentation for regulatory filings, and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with legal and compliance requirements. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients and external advisors, organizing documentation, tracking deadlines, and providing general administrative support to the company secretarial team. The Company Secretarial Assistant will also assist with research on company law and corporate governance matters and contribute to improving internal processes and templates. Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including attention to detail, document management, and deadline tracking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear correspondence and standard corporate documents.
- Basic knowledge or interest in company law, corporate governance, and statutory compliance (experience in a professional services or legal environment is an advantage).
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort working with online filing and registry systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
- Relevant qualification or ongoing studies in business, law, corporate governance, or a related field are preferred but not essential.
- Prior experience in company secretarial work, legal administration, or corporate services is beneficial.
