We Are Looking For An Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor To Join The Team In Limerick, Where You Will Be Advising On €900m+ Of Live Projects In Multiple Sectors Including Acting As ▪ Quantity Surveyor on over 1,500 residential units ▪ Bank Monitor on c. 900 residential units ▪ Working on projects in the Commercial, Student Accommodation, Retail and Education sectors Ideally you will posses the following traits, but these are not restricted to: ▪ Relevant third level qualification within quantity surveying / construction economics. ▪ 5 - 15 years' experience. ▪ Ideally within a consultancy or developer role but others will be considered. ▪ High level of reporting skills. ▪ Shrewd precise eye for detail. ▪ Excellent experience dealing with sub contractors and client side negotiations. ▪ Experience with residential, commercial and retail projects. ▪ Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile. ▪ An ambitious individual who is looking to develop within their career.
