We’re currently partnering with a leading financial services firm to appoint an Employee Benefits Consultant to join a high-performing and growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits professional to step into a strategic, client-facing role, working closely with senior leadership while managing key client relationships.

The Opportunity

This role will see you working at both an operational and strategic level, supporting major group clients while helping to shape and enhance Employee Benefits delivery across the business.

You will act as a trusted advisor to medium and large employers, ensuring best-in-class service across pensions, risk, and broader benefits offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual client reviews and renewals across pensions, risk, and benefits
• Act as the primary contact for key corporate clients on strategic matters
• Deliver benchmarking insights and market comparisons
• Support auto-enrolment and scheme participation reviews
• Advise on benefit design and optimisation strategies
• Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
• Mentor and support junior members of the Employee Benefits team
• Oversee delivery of administration services to ensure a high-quality client experience
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance processes and service delivery
• Ensure strong governance and compliance standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Employee Benefits / Pensions / Group Risk
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication and presentation ability
• Comfortable working in a client-facing, advisory capacity
• QFA (minimum requirement)
• Ideally working towards or holding: MIIPM, AIIPM, CFP, QPT or PTP
