Sales & Customer Experience Executive
Location: Cork
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Experience Executive who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and achieving sales targets.
The Role
You'll manage inbound telephone and website enquiries, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable storage solutions and guide customers through the booking process.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into new customers
- Build strong customer relationships
- Follow up quotations and outstanding enquiries
- Recommend appropriate storage solutions
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Work closely with Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Deliver excellent customer service
