Internal Sales Engineer

A leading supplier of process equipment and engineering solutions to highly regulated industries is seeking a technically minded individual to join its growing Internal Process Team. The business supports customers across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and process manufacturing sectors, providing specialist equipment and technical solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and colleagues.
• Review customer requirements and recommend suitable process equipment solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with technical queries and product selection.
• Collaborate with suppliers, product specialists, and sales teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance internal processes.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree, HNC/HND, or relevant experience in Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, internal sales, customer support, or a similar technical role is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and business systems (ERP experience beneficial).
• Motivated to learn, develop, and progress within a growing engineering business.
