We are seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of our Housekeeping team and help deliver the highest standards of cleanliness, service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Accommodation Manager in leading daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house.
• Supervise, motivate and develop the housekeeping team to consistently deliver five-star standards.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards.
• Coordinate staffing, room allocations and daily priorities to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor maintenance issues, manage housekeeping inventory and support departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, fire safety and company policies.
• Assist with recruitment, training, coaching and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, productivity and guest satisfaction.

About You

• Previous supervisory or management experience in Housekeeping or Accommodation within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for luxury hospitality.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and hotel operations.
• Flexible to work weekends and varying shifts.
