As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of digital loyalty and eCommerce products across our retail brands. This is a multifaceted role that involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on product management. We are looking for a leader who can turn business strategy into executed experiences for customers and retailers while gaining consensus and managing stakeholders of all levels and functions along the way.. What you`ll be doing: You are Insight Driven.

  • You use customer insight to ensure a deep understanding of our customers’ problems, define the correct priorities and measure success.
  • You use data to inform decision-making and uncover new product opportunities.
  • You understand the competitive landscape and industry trends and use this understanding to identify sustainable competitive advantages.
  • You use qualitative and quantitative insights to represent customer needs, commercial viability, and technical feasibility to prioritise and define roadmaps.

You Execute.

  • You focus on refining and articulating the problem (or opportunity) your team is solving and you ensure the team around you are oriented around the problem too.
  • You ship the whole customer experience, this includes working across the business (e.g., UX, marketing, sales, customer service etc) to ensure that we are set up for success from the moment we release.
  • You drive a consistent shipping cadence. ,
  • You have a deep knowledge of day-to-day product processes and are as comfortable in the detail as you are with the bigger picture often working on large projects while managing live products in parallel.

  • You set strategy, inspiring and influencing others to think big about where we are headed and how we will get there.
  • You can clearly rationalise and articulate why we are pursuing one set of priorities versus another.
  • You are responsible for driving alignment on strategy and roadmaps across teams & stakeholders.
  • You are decisive, you quickly and assertively make meaningful decisions that enable us to maintain pace.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and create clarity for those around you.
  • You face problems and challenges head on and encourage resilience and positivity within the team to solve.
  • You develop sharp narratives and storytelling that creates excitement and gains buy in to your vision and recommendations. You are comfortable delivering this to senior stakeholders.
  • You build compelling business cases based on customer, technical and commercial requirements.
  • You stay appraised of new technologies and trends and ensure that we continue to drive innovation in applications in our industry.

What we are looking for:

  • A third level qualification in IT, Product Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5+ years relevant product experience
  • Experience working on digital loyalty, martech, ecommerce or personalisation products
  • Experience working in a mix of agile and more traditional waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing external agencies and internal teams
  • Passionate about customer experience and making life simpler with technology.
  • Skilled in project management with an ability to deliver to tight deadlines while ensuring the customer needs are not forgotten.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating the building of strong cross functional relationships and using the available expertise and experience to good effect.
  • Strong influencer who can deliver at pace and manage stakeholders from a non-technology background.
  • A full Irish driving license and own transport.
