Senior Quantity Surveyor

MCL seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. The role will encompass the following responsibilities :

• Manage all commercial aspects of projects from tender stage to final account.
• Preparation of monthly, interim valuations with client representative.
• Manage applications for supply chain payment, reconciliations of valuations and costs, and amounts for sub-contractors, specialists and suppliers.
• Preparation of sub-contract Documentation.
• Prepare and manage budgets, Cashflow forecasts, and cost reports.
• Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Manage variations on projects.
• Carefully record all details involving any contractual matters.
• Ensure effective cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Work closely with site team to ensure commercial and programme alignment.
