Quantity Surveyor

Our focus is on steady growth and creating a meaningful impact in the construction industry. Role Description This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role based in the Tralee head office. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs from inception to completion, including preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), cost estimations, and cost reporting. Daily tasks include ensuring projects are completed within financial budgets and managing cost control to achieve value for money. Collaboration with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders will be essential for successful delivery. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and working with Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skills in Cost Reporting and analysis
• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Excel, estimating software, and project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction or civil engineering industry is an advantage
