The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• estimation and tendering process for major electrical projects
• Develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities
• Advise on commercial strategy and contribute to business growth
• Ensure cost-effective project delivery while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical contracting estimation and commercial management
• Strong understanding of Irish electrical standards, regulations, and contracts
• Commercially savvy with the ability to analyse project profitability
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ambition to grow into a leadership role within the business
