About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee our solar installation operations across the South of Ireland. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support multiple solar installation teams across the region
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Oversee site operations, health & safety compliance, and performance management
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure adherence to electrical and installation standards
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, logistics, and technical support
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for team members
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to optimise performance and productivity
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional operational issues
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of regional warehouse facilities supporting installation teams
- Ensure efficient stock control, inventory accuracy, and material availability across all projects
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including deliveries to sites and returns
- Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse organisation, safety, and compliance
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to forecast material requirements and manage stock levels
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost control
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of solar equipment and electrical components
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (essential)
- Qualified QC Electrician (essential)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably solar
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Full, clean driving licence
- Experience scaling or managing regional operations
- Strong understanding of Irish electrical regulations and standards
