We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production operations of our client. This role is responsible for developing efficient manufacturing processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products in a safe and cost-effective manner.
- Process Design and Implementation: Develop and implement manufacturingprocesses and systems to enhance productivity and product quality. Developing standard work instructions. Ensuring manufacturability (DFM/DFMA)
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including research and development, production, and quality control, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Implement and uphold The Quality System ISO 13485, ensuring GMP compliance, product quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards ISO 14001**.**
- Cost Estimation: Analyze production costs and timeframes, and create production layouts to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Quality Control: Evaluate and improve quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data and provide management with reports to inform decision-making and future production requirements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair services for production equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in manufacturing best practices, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software. Robotics and automation integration. Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). New Product introduction - Process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Troubleshooting production issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to management.
