• Technical Business Analysis (Financial Services - Payments, Channels, Cards, Channels, Mobile, Banking, Credit) - Senior Consultant
• Programme Delivery Lead (Payments, Channels, Mobile, Finance) - Manager, Senior Manager and Director
• Business Transformation (Programme Manager/Director) - Senior Manager and Director
• Tech Delivery Transformation (Insurance or Banking) - Manager, Senior Manager and Director
• PMO Lead, Project Manager (Manager level)
• Tech Strategy consulting - all levels
• Finance & Risk Regulatory Reporting - Manager and Senior Manager

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

• At least 5 to 8 years experience leading and delivering projects (UKI market expertise, private and public sector experience)
• Strong Program and Project Management skills (PM certifications; PMP, PRINCE2). For Tech positions; TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, Salesforce, Microsoft platforms (such as Dynamics 365 and Azure), CRM systems.
• For Data roles; Proven expertise in the relevant Data and Analytics domain, e.g. Data Strategy, Data Manipulation and ETL, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Advanced Analytics and AI. Tools; Database Management Systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL; Data governance and metadata management tools like Collibra, Alation, and Informatica Axon; ETL tools like Informatica or Talend, Teradata, Oracle, IBM Bd2 etc, Collibra, Alteryx; AWS, Azure, Python, R. Advanced Excel, and SQL expertise etc.
• Experience of managing client relationships, business development, people development, coaching and mentoring
• A proven delivery track record leading Transformation Programmes.
• Previous Consulting/Client Facing experience.
• Experience working with clients across multiple industry sectors is beneficial, i.e.; Financial Services (Core Banking, Payments), Public Sector, Utilities, Healthcare etc.
