Site Manager (Food Production)

Pantheon Talent has partnered with a leading Food Producer who are looking to add an experienced Site Manager, within their evolving and growing organisation based in North Munster/Mid West Ireland.

This role offers an exceptional career opportunity, and we are looking to engage with experienced Senior Production/Site Managers coming from a Food Production background, ideally within Dairy Production.

The role will report to the General Manager and will have overall responsibility all aspects of operations across a busy food production facility including

• Operations, Production and Logistics
• Engineering and Maintenance
• Quality, Food Safety & Compliance
• Health, Safety & Environment
• People Management & Leadership of team onsite
• Financial & Budgetary management
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives and projects

The ideal candidate will have

• Senior Leadership experience within Food Production, ideally within Dairy Production
• 3rd Level Qualification in Food Science, Engineering or similar
• A proven track record of successfully managing achievement of production and financial targets within a fully compliant manufacturing environment.
• A proven ability to ensure that all aspects of the site operations meet all legislative and Health & Safety requirements
• A proven ability to manage people to achieve success and to develop a positive working environment through strong communication.
• Be ambitious to join an evolving organisation in a key leadership role within core operations
