Role DescriptionPerfect Solutions Ltd. is currently seeking a Skilled Service Technician based in the Galway area. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Skilled Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality technical support and exceptional customer service to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct on-site field service visits at customer locations
• Ensure timely and professional service delivery
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Strong skills in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a service route in the Galway area
• Technical certification or relevant trade qualifications preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Full clean driving licence required
