Our client is a Financial Services company that specialises in acting as a broker for Life & Illness protection, pensions, investments and savings in Kilkenny. They work with a broad array of consumers helping them to build and retain wealth, transitioning assets and optimising wealth solutions.
They are seeking an experienced Life Assurance & Pension Administrative Associate to join the team.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Financial Planning, provide support and assist with client engagement and compliance with regulatory and professional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales support service to the Head of Financial Planning.
- Support the Financial Planning team by promptly addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Online input of client proposals and follow up with Life Companies to ensure policies are in force.
- Compliance Procedures ensuring that regulatory guidelines, procedures and internal controls are followed.
- Developing and managing close working relationships with insurance providers, clients, and other staff members of the wider team.
- Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the daily pipeline, ensuring all workflow processes are implemented along with day-to-day administration.
Skills & Experiences
- 4-5 years' administration experience in the financial services industry.
- APA and/or QFA Qualification and experience in operations, ideally in a brokerage.
- Experience of the Omni broker (B.I.S.) Financial Planning CRM system - desirable**.**
- Exceptional client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in using technology.
- Organisational skills, experience of managing time effectively, focusing on priorities, targets and deadlines.
- The ability to promote and implement processes for improvement.
- A desire to learn, a proactive approach and the ability to research information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
