Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer - Ireland, Clonmel - 11 Month Contract Do you want to be involved with exciting pharmaceutical projects? When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people. They are looking to add to their team and require a Maintenance Engineer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors
• Ensure correct spare parts available for continuous operation
• Support the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems.
• Support of FAT’s, Project walk downs, Commissioning and Documentation Handover.
• Develop SOP’s and WI for facility
• Support the validation of equipment in particular HVAC and Process Air
• Engineering metrics reporting and action planning.
• Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation etc.)

Desirable Experience:

• Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Active listening skills and ability to integrate diverse perspectives.
• Timely decision making.
• Ability to respond to changing priorities.
• Experience of working in strongly regulated GMP environment.
