Area Manager

Your day-to-day:

• Lead and manage a district, with direct line responsibility for all Store Managers.
• Foster a positive, motivated work environment and ensure effective team collaboration.
• Develop, coach, and support Store Managers to drive performance.
• Analyse and optimise stock flow and perform regular cash management checks.
• Conduct district tours alongside the Sales Executive.
• Support key projects through analysis and actionable feedback.
• Oversee store refurbishments, openings, and re-openings.
• Create and execute annual business plans and staffing strategies.
• Set and track KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Ensure successful implementation of company strategy across the district.
• Prepare for and contribute to Area Manager meetings.

Experience Required:

• A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline, or at least three years of management experience
• Strong communication, planning, organisational, and analytical skills
• A full UK driving licence
• A motivated, flexible, and hard-working leadership style
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
• A genuine interest in building a long-term retail career
• Multi-site or Area Manager experience is a plus
