Your day-to-day:
- Lead and manage a district, with direct line responsibility for all Store Managers.
- Foster a positive, motivated work environment and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Develop, coach, and support Store Managers to drive performance.
- Analyse and optimise stock flow and perform regular cash management checks.
- Conduct district tours alongside the Sales Executive.
- Support key projects through analysis and actionable feedback.
- Oversee store refurbishments, openings, and re-openings.
- Create and execute annual business plans and staffing strategies.
- Set and track KPIs aligned with company goals.
- Ensure successful implementation of company strategy across the district.
- Prepare for and contribute to Area Manager meetings.
Experience Required:
- A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline, or at least three years of management experience
- Strong communication, planning, organisational, and analytical skills
- A full UK driving licence
- A motivated, flexible, and hard-working leadership style
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- A genuine interest in building a long-term retail career
- Multi-site or Area Manager experience is a plus

- Starting salary of €74,000 for Trainee Area Managers, rising to €84,500–€114,000 within 3 years
