Financial Advisor

This role is not remote but you can work geographically closest to your home. Offices available are: Cork, Dublin, Waterford, Tullamore Tipperary, Limerick and Kildare.Hybrid: 2 or 3 days on site. Some travel will be required when visiting client sites,

This role is more focused on individual advice, new business, and relationship building, rather than corporate scheme management.

It’s ideal for someone who wants to grow their financial planning career within a supportive team that has a strong flow of prospects coming from the corporate book.

What you’ll be doing

• Meeting clients and providing pre‑ and post‑retirement advice
• Working with a steady stream of warm prospects from the corporate EB book
• Building and managing long‑term client relationships
• Developing new business opportunities through internal and external channels
• Working on local projects that support the wider team
• Attending EB clinics on client sites
• Representing the brand at events, conferences, and client meetings
• Supporting governance and compliance requirements

Who this role suits

They’re flexible on experience attitude and willingness to grow matter most. Ideally you have:

• 2+ years’ experience in financial planning, wealth, or advisory work
• QFA minimum, with interest in further qualifications (CFP, PMI, PTP etc.)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• A genuine interest in developing your advisory career
• Ability to work independently but also collaborate with the EB team
• Confidence to represent the team locally
