We're partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join their People team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle across Ireland and the wider EMEA region.
Salary: €55,000
Location: Dublin 15 (hybrid)
Contract: 9 months
As an HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted point of contact for employees, managers and HR stakeholders, providing high-quality support across a broad range of HR activities. Working within an international People team, you'll help ensure an excellent employee experience while supporting HR processes, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires from offer acceptance through to their first day.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, ensuring compliance and data integrity within HR systems.
- Support HR processes relating to payroll, benefits, leave administration and employee documentation.
- Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, specialist HR teams, Payroll, Legal and external providers.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.
- Help promote employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisory, HR Coordinator or HR Operations role within a fast-paced organisation.
- A strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
- Experience supporting onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination or employee records.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using HR systems such as Workday or similar HRIS platforms would be an advantage.
