Insurance Specialist - APA Personal and Commercial

Location – Tralee , on site

Salary: €40,000-€42,000 plus bonus

This isn't just about hitting targets; it’s about people. You will be the engine room of the office, coordinating our Commercial and Agri sales while mentoring a talented team of Sales Advisors. What the role involves:

• Hitting your own sales targets and helping the team do the same through cross-selling and up-selling
• Supporting the Branch Manager with team coordination and day-to-day office tasks
• Helping customers with quotes, queries, and the first step in any claims process
• Working on renewals, commercial/agri policies, and following up on leads
• Coaching and encouraging the rest of the team to keep performance high
• Making sure processes are followed and documentation is up to scratch

A bit about you:

• You’ve got your APA ( in Personal and Commercial Insurance) or CIP - is a must
• You’ve worked in insurance and have sales experience.
• Leadership experience would be amazing!
• You’re confident chatting to customers
• You’re organised, friendly, and happy to roll up your sleeves to help out where needed
• You’re tech-savvy and able to pick up internal systems
